What a unique piece, an all-oak platter has curved, concave design and smooth finish.  Each board rests on a wine stave pedestal.  Each piece is crafted from reclaimed French oak wine barrels, sourced from Pacific Northwest wineries.  A great way to serve or display fruit or bread or can be used as a butter board.  Also can be used as a centepiece for table display.

Our products are left with the manufacturers' markings, which vary from piece to piece and are as unique as a snowflake. All products vary in color and logos and other marking and no two are the same. The wood is finished to retain the natural staining of the wine. Colors range from light toasted oak to deep maroon based on the types of wine fermented in each barrel.  Because each barrel has its own unique characteristics, no two items are exact or will be exactly as shown in our pictures.
 
Our boards are finished with food grade wood conditioner. Finish contains mineral oil, carnuba wax, and beeswax.  The boards may be washed with mild dish detergent and air dried. To maintain, we suggest conditioning on a regular basis using a light coat of Olive Oil or Butcher Block & Cutting Board Oil for those pieces used with food.  Charcuterie boards cannot be placed in the dishwasher.
